- You are responsible for the sales of our products, programmes and services in the region of UK and Ireland.
- Supporting and managing the Sales Consultants in both regions by working closely with them in the field. Identifying their training requirements and implementing development (individual) plans. Leading the sales teams in a positive and engaging manner.
- Schedule and conduct Monthly Check-Ins and Quarterly Reviews with individual Sales Consultants and report back to the Country Manager as required.
- Responsible for holding the Sales Consultants accountable to the success of their individual areas.
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy alongside the Country Manager.
- Preparing and reporting budgets, forecasts and initiating measures in case of deviations and actively observe the market.
- Responsible for organising, creating and conducting presentations for sales team meetings.
- Compiling and analysing sales figures/reports/forecasts to be reported to the Country Manager when required.
- Be a champion for our business values, brands and policies both internally and externally.
- Support the organisation’s management team in implementing and maintaining policies and procedures.
- Represent the company in the market and at trade fairs.
- Assist in other areas of the business where required.
- With your open and curious nature, you are enthusiastic about innovative products and our new approach to animal health solutions.
- A strong desire to support Sales Consultants on farm with their dairy farming customers.
- Experience with Sales Effectiveness / Commercial Excellence is highly desirable.
- Competence to lead a team.

- Ability to operate and flourish in a fast-growing, target-driven environment.
- You have a degree in agriculture and have several years of working experience (at least 4 years) in a similar position.
- Study with corresponding degree.
- You have sound knowledge in the field of animal health for dairy cattle and also have commercial knowledge.
- Excellent commercial awareness, understanding of different sales techniques and channel management.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong priorisation, time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, problem solving and cost management skills.
- Strong ability to demonstrate resilience, sometimes in the face of uncertainty of challenge.
- Competent knowledge of MS Office (Including Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Teams).
- You have a clean driving licence and a willingness to travel between UK and Ireland.
