- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Previous property listing experience
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Excellent sales ability with a positive attitude
- High level of customer service and good telephone manner
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Local knowledge of Horsham and surrounding areas helpful
- Full driving license essential; own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
- 5-day working week
