The firm prides itself on a collaborative and supportive work environment that values your contributions and fosters professional development.Audit Manager - Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage audit assignments
- Ensure audits are completed on time and meet firm standards
- Prepare budgets, monitor progress, and address variances
- Track time and resources to keep engagements within budgetClient Interaction
- Act as a primary contact for clients during engagements
- Handle queries and maintain clear communication
- Liaise with Directors to ensure alignment with department objectivesTeam Leadership
- Supervise junior team members, reviewing their work
- Provide constructive feedback to support their development
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environmentAudit Manager - Experience Required:
- Qualified Accountant: ACCA or equivalent qualification
- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience
- Proven experience in audit and accounts
