£45,000 - £55,000 + benefitsPearson Whiffin Recruitment’s Legal Division are proud to be representing a leading law firm in their search for a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team based in Tonbridge.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential and commercial property lawyer to take on a varied caseload within a reputable and forward-thinking practice.The role:
- Handling a busy caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
- Dealing with a range of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
- Maintaining a high standard of client care, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team and supporting business development activities
- Managing files autonomously while also being part of a collaborative and supportive environment
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
- Have solid technical knowledge and the ability to manage a caseload independently
- Demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Be proactive, highly organised, and commercially aware
- Be based within a commutable distance to Tonbridge
- Competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
