Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Develop account strategies and identify upselling opportunities
Monitor client satisfaction and manage renewals
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
Track account performance and manage engagement finances
Requirements:
Experience in Account Management
Strong multitasking and organisational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Commercial awareness and contract negotiation experience
Comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with large clients
Knowledge of software engineering is advantageous
