Real Estate NQ Lawyer - TruroAn award-winning practice in the South West is seeking a NQ - 3 PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their vibrant and successful Commercial Real Estate team based in Truro. This exciting opportunity involves providing expert advice to a diverse range of businesses across sectors like leisure and tourism, retail, food and drink, healthcare, and professional services.As a key member of the team, you'll handle a variety of commercial property matters while managing your own caseload. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Addressing landlord and tenant matters, such as leases, licences to assign, surrenders, and assignments
  • Overseeing transactions for the sale and purchase of owner-occupied properties, secured lending arrangements, and financial transactions, including sale and leaseback agreements
  • Coordinating the sale and purchase of investment properties
