  • Assisting teachers with classroom activities and pupil learning
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils who need additional help
  • Helping with behaviour management and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Being a reliable, adaptable, and friendly presence in the classroom
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience working with children or young people (school, tutoring, childcare, or youth work all considered)
  • A positive, proactive, and supportive approach to education
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work across different year groups and subjects
