Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentAre you a motivated leader with experience managing production teams in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Production Team Leader to take ownership of a key shift, leading a team of 30–35 operators to deliver high performance, efficiency, and quality.What You’ll Be Doing:Leading, motivating, and managing a team to meet daily output, efficiency, and quality targetsEnsuring full compliance with health & safety standards while promoting a strong safety cultureCoordinating shift activities and allocating resources to meet production schedulesMonitoring performance against key metrics (OEE, waste, downtime, quality)Conducting briefings, shift handovers, and regular team meetingsKeeping accurate records and reports for production and compliance purposesCoaching, developing, and supporting team members through regular feedback and trainingCollaborating with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issuesDriving continuous improvement to enhance productivity and reduce wasteWhat You’ll Need:Proven experience in a similar Team Leader or Supervisor roleStrong people management and communication skillsPositive, proactive attitude with a focus on quality and resultsComfortable working in a fast-moving production environmentKnowledge of health & safety and performance metricsAspirational mindset and desire for career progressionWhat’s in It for You:Competitive salary of £31,500
