- Toensure,inconjunctionwiththemultidisciplinaryteam,regulareffectivereviewofthe care of patients in the clinical pathway - via individual assessments and follow up appointments, MDT meetings.
- To be the Responsible Clinician for service users in the pathway who are subject to Community Treatment Order (CTO) where applicable

- Toprovidecross-cover(emergencyandprospective)forotherConsultantPsychiatrist colleagues by mutual agreement
- Tocommunicatewithallkeypartnersinanappropriateandtimelywayincluding General Practitioners, service users and carers.
- To work withintherequirements of service contracts agreedwithour Commissioners, including compliance with nationally agreed quality standards
- TofullyutiliseTrustITsystemsasappropriatetoenablefulfilmentofclinicalduties
- You will take part in Mental Health Assessments and out of hours duties; on call work is remunerated at 3% as well as 0.25 APAs.
- Primary Medical Degree
- CCT or equivalent in General Adult psychiatry
- Full GMC Registration including Licence to Practice
- Section 12 / Approved Clinician (AC) status
- Additional qualification in management or education
- Clinical Leadership/management experience at any level
- Experience at Consultant level
- Experience of setting up a new service
- Primary Medical Degree
- CCT or equivalent in General Adult psychiatry
- Full GMC Registration including Licence to Practice
- Section 12 / Approved Clinician (AC) status
- Additional qualification in management or education
- Clinical Leadership/management experience at any level
- Experience at Consultant level
