This role will focus on qualifying and converting new business enquiries. Initially, you will manage smaller enquiries, progressing to larger requirements after a successful probation period-significantly increasing your earning potential.This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and wants to build a successful career in B2B sales.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Qualification
  • Act as the first point of contact for new clients, introducing services, qualifying needs, and presenting service options.
  • Proactively contact businesses from the prospecting database to uncover new opportunities.
Client Engagement
  • Secure client acceptance and commitment to view services.
  • Liaise internally to coordinate efficiently.
Negotiation & Closing
  • Guide clients through the shortlisting process, providing advice and insight on the most suitable options.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with providers to secure successful deals.
Performance & Development
  • Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs across deals, and revenue.
  • Complete mandatory training to maintain compliance in key areas such as GDPR and health & safety.

Desirable Experience:
  • Previous B2B sales experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
