Hours: DAYS 5,5,4 Shift PatternEssential Experience & Qualifications:
- UK CAA & EASA B1 licence required – Types required A320, B737 & B757
- A recognised apprenticeship within the aircraft industry or similar.
- CAA/EASA Part 66 Licence with C Licence for types relevant to station
- A minimum of 5 years hands on experience of certifying Aircraft with an EASA part 66 licence and appropriate company authorisation
- Management experience within the aviation industry preferably managing other Licensed Engineers
- Experience within Base maintenance and aircraft painting essential.
- Technical experience in aviation and able to demonstrate knowledge of airworthiness regulation, MOE, MEL and its use, SRM understanding and the limits of technical data and the impact of that.
- Have a working knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Production Planning;
- High standard of English language (written and oral)
- High standard of computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office Suite
