Established in 2018, Education Mutual operates solely for the benefit of schools and has rapidly become one of the largest providers in the UK.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and inspire our team of Membership Sales Executives. This role is pivotal in driving growth, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, and ensuring the continued success of the Education Mutual fund.
How you'll make an impact
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor and report on team performance against KPIs and strategic goals.
- Drive new business development and support the team in identifying and converting opportunities.
- Foster a high-performance culture through regular training, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure CRM systems are accurately maintained and used effectively by the team.
- Support the team in managing complex client relationships and resolving escalated issues.
- Represent Education Mutual at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within insurance, education, or a service-based industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Confident in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Passionate about education and making a positive impact in schools.
- Minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to ‘buy’ extra days
