A respected regional law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their established dispute resolution team based in Cardiff. With a broad and growing client base, this opportunity is ideal for a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) looking to develop their expertise in a collaborative and supportive environment.Working with commercial landlords, tenants, developers, and public sector bodies, this firm offers the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload. The role will suit a Property Litigation Solicitor who is confident managing files independently, whilst also supporting senior solicitors on more complex disputes.The Property Litigation Solicitor’s roleAs a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will advise on a full range of contentious property matters, including boundary disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations claims, rights of way, and adverse possession.
