- Hybrid working - office-based Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, remote Monday and Friday
- £27,000 - £31,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls, cold calling, and marketing follow-ups
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
- Contribute to coordinated sales and marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts
- Produce accurate quotes and proposals within agreed timescales
- Ensure CRM records and sales administration are kept up to date
- Provide customer service support, sharing insights on competitors and market trends
- Minimum 3 years' B2B business development experience
- Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and customer acquisition
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to balance sales activity with admin tasks
- Telecoms experience is not essential but would be advantageous
