Contract: Fit-Out ProjectJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in fit-out works, ideally with joinery experience, to oversee the refurbishment of a restaurant. The successful candidate will manage daily site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure the project is delivered on time, safely, and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:Managing the day-to-day running of the fit-out projectSupervising trades and subcontractors, particularly joinery teamsEnsuring work is completed to specification, on schedule, and within budgetCoordinating site logistics and materialsMaintaining high standards of health & safety complianceReporting progress to project managers and stakeholdersManaging snagging and handover at project completionResolving site issues quickly and effectivelyRequirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projectsJoinery background highly desirableStrong knowledge of restaurant/retail fit-outs preferredValid SMSTS / SSSTS qualificationFirst Aid certificate (preferred)CSCS card (Black/Gold or relevant manager level)Excellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tradesWhat We Offer:Competitive rate: £26.00 – £27.00 per hour8th September start dateOpportunity to lead a recognised national brand refurbishmentSupportive project team and ongoing opportunitiesTo Apply:If you meet the requirements and are available to start immediately,please call Simon on 07855422857 or apply now !LDS
