An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Russian and Ukrainian speaking paralegal to join a leading City based law firm, this is a 6 month fixed term contract. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the litigation and fraud departments as well as the business crime team with a range of duties. Candidates will possess fluent Russian and Ukrainian language skills as well as excellent written and spoken English.You will be required to provide legal, administrative and translation support to fee earners, this will include support for hearings and trials, preparing bundles, drafting research memos and taking detailed notes during client meetings and conference calls.Candidates will possess a strong academic background and will have completed a law degree and ideally the LPC or Bar Course, qualified lawyers will also be considered for this vacancy. Previous paralegal experience within a litigation department is required.
