Technical Publications - Project Leader

• Experience in creation/revision of Various Aero Engine Manuals (CIR, EM, IPC, SB, etc)
• Conduct technical reviews / deliverable reviews and monitor technical health of projects
• Strong knowledge of Technical Publications Aerospace Standards (ie. ATA100, ispec 2200 and S1000D.)
• Working Knowledge on Simplified English standard ASD-STE.
• Working knowledge of illustration tools
• Strong working knowledge on Adobe Framemaker, Arbortext Epic Editor and Common Source Database (CSDB).
• Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and change drivers (Service Bulletin, Service Newsletter, ECN, etc.).
• Willingness to work in extremely tight schedules, while still not neglecting the value of attention to details and subsequently delivering high quality work.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with internal /external customers.
• Managing, updating, and creating training material. Support training initiatives as needed.
• Supporting root cause analyses and improvement actions.
• Coaching and mentoring to build the next level of technical reviewers and technical leaders.
