
Sales Manager, Mainland China - Fanatics Collectibles

- Implement national sales strategies aligned with global and regional business objectives.
- Drive revenue by identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and executing go-to-market strategies across Mainland China.
- Adapt approaches for different regions in the mainland, consumer segments, and channel dynamics.
- Own and refine long-term relationships with distributors across China.
- Ensure distributors are engaged, educated, motivated, and aligned with growth objectives.
- Negotiate terms in partnership with leadership, set clear targets, and monitor performance to maximize market coverage.
- Build key account relationships from scratch, including relevant retail and hobby stores.
- Lead account planning, business development, and joint growth initiatives.
- Serve as a key contact for account negotiations, commercial discussions, and partnership strategy.
- Support new product launches and brand initiatives in collaboration with internal marketing and channel partners.
- Drive merchandising, product education, and retail/hobby staff engagement to ensure strong in-store presence.
- Represent the voice of the collector community by gathering market feedback and insights.
- Track partner and channel performance, preparing forecasts and sales reports.
- Use insights to recommend growth strategies and optimize revenue delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
- 5-8 years in a sales or commercial role, ideally in consumer goods, collectibles, entertainment, or toys.
- Proven track record driving revenue through distributor partnerships and building new accounts.
- Experience building markets and relationships from scratch in China strongly preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (native or near-native) and proficiency in English for internal global communication.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create new processes and adapt quickly.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Passion for fandom culture, sports, or collectibles is a significant plus.
