- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Generating new business through calls and client outreach
- Negotiating successful property sales and residential lettings
- Canvassing and prospecting for new instructions
- Managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Liaising with landlords, vendors, applicants and buyers
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
- Experience in estate agency sales and/or lettings
- A strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
- Smart, professional presentation and strong work ethic
- Local knowledge of Ilford and surrounding areas (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
