Your Role as a Lead Care Professional:
- Deliver and uphold the highest standards of care.
- Ensure clients receive person-centred, high-quality services.
- Act as a mentor to Care Professionals, providing field-based support and guidance.
- Help improve care quality, ensuring our team is well-equipped and confident in their roles.
- Previous paid experience in a care role, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
- A passion for supporting others and maintaining high standards of care.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive and compassionate approach to care.
- Competitive Hourly Rate: £14 per hour
- Guaranteed Income: 30 - 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 90 minutes total break per day

- Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week and be available every other weekend.
- Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car, with business insurance.
- Minimum of 1 year paid care experience in the UK.
- Administration experience is desirable.
- Flexibility with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional quality of care.
