What's the role about?:Brand AmbassadorAre you a natural at building strong relationships and passionate about influencing people to embrace exciting new ideas?Do you thrive on challenges and love the idea of developing your skills in a new role?If you’re an engaging and approachable individual ready to take the reins of your career, we have an exciting opportunity for you, and you don’t need prior experience!Full time, PermanentSalary: £26,208/annum + Company car + monthly bonus opportunities and incentives - top earners receiving bonus of £1000 per month(!) on averageWorking: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekTerritory: Birmingham, Coventry, and surrounding areasWe're seeking a motivated and self-driven Brand Ambassador to represent the leading vaping brands ELFBAR and Lost Mary (TPD compliant products under UK regulations) within your territory. This exciting role involves building strong relationships with independent store owners to drive engagement and enhance brand presence. If you're a natural connector with a passion for growth, and you're ready to take ownership and develop your career, we encourage you to apply – no prior experience needed!What will you be doing in the role?
  • Visiting independent stores across your area to promote ELFBAR and Lost Mary
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers, using your powers of persuasion to increase product visibility in stores using point of sale such as posters, and engaging them our rewards programme
  • Expanding the brand’s reach —finding new stores to engage with the brands, increasing visibility and brand awareness throughout your region
  • Taking full ownership of your territory, using your entrepreneurial mindset to drive engagement with store owners.

  • No previous field sales experience necessarily required—we’re looking for someone with a hunger to succeed and a drive to learn.
  • A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A self-starter who can work independently, with a real entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A full manual driving license for at least 12 months.
