- Lead the delivery of fire engineering strategies across a wide variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and education.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers at varying levels, supporting their growth and development.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Review and oversee fire engineering designs, performance-based solutions, and compliance with UK building regulations.
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and the continued growth of the Manchester office.
- A degree in Fire Engineering (or a related engineering discipline).
- Substantial experience within fire engineering consultancy, ideally with exposure to complex and large-scale projects.
- Chartered Engineer status (or actively working towards this through the IFE or an equivalent body).
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
- An interest in contributing to the growth of a regional office, both technically and commercially.
