Junior Sous Chef Requirements:
  • This is a fantastic role for a creative, passionate and career driven Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Che to join an award winning restaurant and team!
  • The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have worked in luxury hotels, or award winning restaurants or luxury members clubs.
  • Preference will be given to those with experience in Mediterranean or Italian cuisine.
