Working Hours: Full-time (flexible working considered)Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Band 6 or 7 Locum Dietitian in Leeds. This role is based in Leeds and focuses on supporting patients with complex nutritional needs, particularly those requiring home enteral feeding. Experience in learning disabilities and mental health is desirable, though not essential.This is an excellent opportunity for a dietitian with significant experience in home enteral feeding to contribute to a multidisciplinary team within a supportive and progressive trust.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
  • Provide specialist dietetic assessment and management for patients requiring home enteral feeding.
  • Develop and monitor individualised nutrition care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with community teams, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Support patients with learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
Qualifications and ExperienceTo be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A recognised degree in Dietetics.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Significant experience in managing home enteral feeding.
  • Desirable: experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or mental health conditions.
  • Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and organisational skills.
