- Identify target audiences, market trends, and industry best practices to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Manage and enhance the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, SEO optimized, product data is accurate and up to date, and provides relevant and engaging content.
- Develop and execute social media plans across relevant platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to foster engagement and build a strong online community.
- Create and curate compelling content, including posts, articles, videos and graphics that resonate with the target audience.
- Lead the content creation process, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and printed material to educate customers and showcase the benefits of our products.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
- Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and
