- Certification in Business Continuity or Risk Management (e.g., CBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, or equivalent) is desirable.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or quality assurance roles.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and testing is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of business continuity frameworks, such as ISO 22301 or equivalent.
- Familiarity with risk management standards such as ISO 31000.
- Proficiency in quality management principles and document control practices.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business continuity software tools.
