About our Team:Our Global Production Technology Team supports our digital content, workflows and platforms by analysing sophisticated large data sets to enable timely availability and discoverability of global products. Working with colleagues based across UK and India, we collaborate with several internal departments to improve efficiency and increase the digital content publishing capabilities of our products.Could you be our new Systems & Workflow Analyst? Are you?
  • A data and/or systems analyst experienced in using XML, XQuery and/or Python for content and data analysis.
  • Able to problem-solve sophisticated data queries related to publishing content and metadata.
  • Utilising XQuery and/or Python to combine and analyse large data sets.
  • Well-organised and confident in prioritising and contributing to multiple projects.
Your new role:
  • Provide detailed XML content reporting and analysis to global stakeholders.
  • Conduct agile workflow analysis to identify pain-points and propose effective solutions.
  • Work with key business partners, analysts, and developers to produce new workflow requirements.
  • Collaborate with global teams on new product workflow deployment to ensure timely publication.
  • Troubleshoot sophisticated bugs and content delivery requests.
