Field Service Engineer

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial washing machines and related equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimise downtime for clients.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure equipment meets operational and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment usage and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate service records and document all work carried out.
- Travel to client sites in and around Birmingham with a company vehicle provided.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve service processes and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing industrial or manufacturing equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel locally around Birmingham and occasionally further afield.
- A valid driving licence to operate the company-provided vehicle.
- £40,000 Base salary
- Overtime x 1.5, and can be anywhere between 20 and 40 hours per month.
- 20 days of annual leave, plus statutory holidays, increasing with length of service.
