To support the Chef Manager in supervision of the canteen
To assist Management to conduct a smooth and efficient catering operation
To assist in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the staff restaurant
To serve food and beverages over the counter during business hours. Having regard for good

customer care and presentation and control standards set by the chef manager * To wash up, operate dishwasher and clean where directed by the Supervisor

Taking responsibility for company cash, card transactions and stock security.
To supervise the workload of the Catering Assistants

Education/Experience Qualifications:

A minimum of a HS Diploma is required
Catering and hospitality qualifications preferred but not essential
Catering experience preferred
