As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with residents to support their day-to-day needs and routines. You will encourage independence while providing kind, attentive assistance with tasks such as washing, dressing, mobility, meals, and activities. You will build trusting relationships, help monitor health and wellbeing, and always act with compassion and integrity. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will contribute to a warm, friendly environment where residents feel safe, respected, and truly at home.What We Are Looking For
