One day might be focused on indoor maintenance and decorating, the next on small-scale plumbing, electrics, or external grounds work.About You:

  • Skilled & Capable - You've worked in maintenance for at least a year and have experience with tools, basic plumbing and electrics, and Microsoft Office. You're physically fit and ready for an active, hands-on role.
