⏰ Hours: Full-timeHavering Council are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Major Works team on a rolling contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering essential fire safety construction projects across the borough.Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage major works projects with a focus on fire safety compliance.
·Ensure projects meet all requirements under the Building Safety Act 2022, including work on higher-risk buildings.
·Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary consultant teams to ensure successful delivery.
·Maintain daily communication with your line manager (video call required) and ensure full availability Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00.
·Attend site visits and office-based meetings as required, including mandatory attendance at the Romford office every Thursday.About You:
·Proven experience delivering fire safety construction projects to residential or public buildings.
·Strong knowledge of regulatory processes for higher-risk buildings under the Building Safety Act 2022.
·Demonstrated track record in project managing consultant teams.
·Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
