- Accounts Payable (AP): Oversee outgoing bills and invoices, ensuring suppliers are paid on time.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Send and manage invoices and incoming payments.
- Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile transactions within Xero. Complete weekly cash reviews.
- Processing Expenses: Manage employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Month End: Assist with month end responsibilities.
- Ad hoc: Assist finance team with ad hoc tasks.
- Flexible Schedule: Work 2-3 days per week, to be agreed.
- Hybrid Work Environment: Join us at our UK office near Liverpool Street, ideally at least one day per week, with the option to work remotely on other days.
- Collaborative Team: Work alongside a supportive finance team.
