You’ll be working in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with brand-new CNC machines, modern amenities including a canteen, high-spec toilets, meeting rooms, and a dedicated car park – all tailored to support the productivity and comfort of the team.🔧 Key Responsibilities:Set, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to produce precision-engineered componentsRead and interpret engineering drawings and technical blueprints with confidenceApply accurate feeds and speeds using G and M codesInspect finished parts to ensure compliance with stringent quality standardsUse tooling and hand tools effectively to achieve tight tolerancesAssist with material handling and stock controlDiagnose and resolve machine or process-related issues✅ Requirements:Proven experience operating Haas CNC milling machinesStrong background in CNC machining within an engineering or manufacturing settingHigh mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsConfident in interpreting detailed technical drawingsKnowledge of CNC programming and machining processes
