- Empower clients to achieve their business goals through tailored farm, financial, and environmental advice.
- Develop and manage a profitable portfolio of clients, balancing relationship management with new business development.
- Proactively identify and act on opportunities to add value to existing clients and secure new business.
- Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and market awareness.
- Collaborate with Promar and Genus teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- Stay informed on industry trends to ensure Promar delivers cutting-edge value.
- Provide trusted, data-driven advice on:
- Environmental impact and sustainability
- Livestock and land management
- Infrastructure planning and funding opportunities * Use Promar tools (e.g. Milkminder, Agstute) to support consultancy delivery.
- Follow internal systems and processes, including time recording and compliance.
- Degree (or equivalent) in agriculture, agri-business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in agriculture is essential; dairy and livestock experience preferred.
- Skilled in interpreting on-farm data and producing actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
- Resilient and self-starting: Able to work remotely, manage time effectively, and maintain motivation.
- Agriculturally credible: Comfortable discussing technical farm matters and earning the trust of farmers.
- Relationship-focused: Skilled at listening, understanding client needs, and maintaining long-term partnerships.

- Commercially minded: Confident in promoting services and negotiating value with clients.
