Reporting to the Financial Controller, our client is looking for someone with a proven track record in finance who is methodical, highly organised, results driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Role ResponsibilitiesManage internal financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems. Inputting of invoices payable, invoices receivable and expenses on Xero.Monitor day-to-day finances including the reconciliation of financial transactions against bank statements and daily communications on financial queries from clientsIssue client invoices based on agreed terms and cross checking invoices against orders. Record and reconcile commissions and affiliate payments.Create payment schedules of vendors, suppliers, commissions and service providersMonitor accounts receivable, produce weekly reports and perform credit control activities.Assist accountant in information gathering for annual accounts.Produce management reports on sales, invoices and credit control.Arrange company events and travel as required, ensuring budgets are accounted for.Assist across departmental functions as required during staff absences.RequirementsA proven track record in financial administration/bookkeepingExcellent IT skills, particularly in Excel/GoogleSheets and able to produce reportsThorough attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsSolid time management skills with the ability to prioritise.Excellent communication and problem solving skillsA rational thinker under pressure.The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
