245708JOB-20240911-46972578We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Prison Cleared Recovery Worker to join our team in Derby, UK. This role offers an hourly rate of £16.46, with a 12-week contract to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 at HMP Foston Hall. Candidates must have an in-date DBS and current prison clearance.   • Provide one-on-one support to individuals during their recovery process within the prison setting
  • Develop personalised recovery plans tailored to each individual’s needs and circumstances
  • Facilitate group sessions to encourage peer support and shared learning among participants
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to rehabilitation
  • Maintain accurate records and report on progress to support ongoing improvements in service delivery
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols to maintain a safe environment
