- Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the SIAM reporting framework, ensuring reports deliver actionable insights into service performance, compliance, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine reporting requirements, aligning outputs with strategic objectives, service management priorities, and evolving business needs.
- Deliver regular, high-quality SIAM reporting across suppliers, resolver groups, and internal service management functions/processes.
- Establish and enforce standards for reporting formats, metrics, and data sources to ensure consistency, comparability, and alignment with ITIL and SIAM principles.
- Drive the enhancement of dashboards and visualisations to improve usability, relevance, and stakeholder engagement, incorporating feedback and promoting continuous improvement.
- Promote adoption of self-service reporting tools (e.g. Helix dashboards), providing training and guidance to enable teams to independently access and interpret data while maintaining data quality and integrity.
- Ensure effective data stewardship by maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of service data used in reporting.
- Identify and communicate performance insights and required actions to service providers, supporting data-driven performance improvement and compliance.
- Implement governance mechanisms to monitor, maintain, and improve data quality, ensuring reporting supports strategic decision-making and assurance.
- Proven experience in IT service management reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence within a multi-supplier or SIAM environment.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, service performance metrics, and service management principles.
- Hands-on experience with reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Helix, Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow Performance Analytics).
- Ability to define and implement reporting strategies, standards, and data governance to ensure quality and consistency.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for varied stakeholders.
- Experience training and enabling users in self-service reporting environments.
- Familiarity with data automation and scripting (e.g., SQL, Python) to enhance reporting efficiency (desirable).
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors.
