- Interpret and enforce CDM legal clauses and technical requirements in key project documentation.
- Champion “Safe by Design” principles across all project stages.
- Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Lead incident investigations and drive continuous improvement of the QHSE Management System.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of CDM roles and expectations.
- Develop and rollout CDM training programs tailored to project teams and supply chain partners.Qualifications and Experience:- Degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, or electrical); Chartered Engineer or Chartered Member of the Association for Project Safety (MAPS) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing CDM compliance in offshore wind, marine, or large-scale energy infrastructure.
- Proficiency in developing and reviewing PCI, CPP, and Health & Safety Files.
- Certified or trained by recognised bodies (IOSH, NEBOSH, APS, RoSPA, or CPD-accredited).
- Experience in integrating CDM/QHSE requirements into EPC and O&M contract structures.
- Demonstrated application of Safe by Design principles in multidisciplinary environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
