With a strong emphasis on early talent development and internal progression, the business is expanding its team to meet increasing client demand.Role OverviewMy client is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to support the legal team on a range of commercial property transactions. This role offers exposure to acquisitions, lease work, and general real estate matters, providing excellent opportunities for career progression within a dynamic and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities
- Assisting solicitors with a broad range of commercial property matters
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
- Supporting due diligence and managing client files
- Liaising with clients and other legal professionals
- Participating in structured training and mentoring programs
- Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture

- Law degree/degree with law conversion, 2:1 or above
