
Senior HR Generalist (Pathway to HRM)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Lead or advise on disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases.
- Coordinate probation reviews, performance reviews, talent and succession planning.
- Chair the Engage & Empower committee focusing on culture, engagement, and charity initiatives.
- Maintain HR policies, HRMS data, and statutory monitoring for NI & ROI.
- Produce HR metrics for senior management decision-making.
- Plan and track training and development activities.
- Liaise with the Assistant Accountant to ensure accurate and on-time payroll processing.
- Administer employee benefits.
- Assist with Health and Safety and ISO accreditation administration.
- Minimum of 5 years' HR generalist experience, including at least 2 years at a senior/officer level.
- CIPD Level 5 Diploma or higher.
- Up-to-date knowledge of NI employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven track record managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Highly organised and clear communicator, able to influence at all levels.
- Working knowledge of ROI employment law.
