It has built a reputation for excellent service, dependable logistics, and strong client relationships, supplying a range of establishments from independent takeaways to national foodservice chains.This newly created role represents a unique opportunity to professionalise and scale a well-established, family-run business while respecting its entrepreneurial heritage and customer-first ethos.The Opportunity

Take full strategic and operational ownership of a £28M turnover business
Oversee commercial, financial, and day-to-day operations to ensure sustainable growth
Enhance systems, processes and team capability to support scale
Drive market expansion and operational efficiency
Lead a committed team through a period of positive transformation
Act as a trusted advisor to the founders and a key driver of long-term value

About You

Proven senior leadership experience in foodservice, wholesale, FMCG, or distribution
Track record of driving commercial growth and operational improvement
Strong financial, operational and people leadership capabilities
Experience within founder-led or family-owned businesses is highly desirable
Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a strong customer focus
Based in or willing to relocate to the Midlands (Warwickshire HQ)
