- Collaborate with BUD, Marketing Manager and cross functional team to define and deliver the overall pre (where required) and post launch excellence & marketing strategy
- Work closely with Sobi global team to ensure local customer needs, patient pathways and market requirements are included in the development of Sobi global strategy.
- Deliver the tactical implementation of the Sobi global brand plans managed through the production and execution of the local brand plans, including any required local strategy or tactical variations and budget.
- Responsible for gaining insights and shaping local commercialisation needs and market and competitor perspectives into global strategy development through active membership of Global brand teams and through excellent levels of business acumen, trust and communication with Global team members.
- Drive unbranded and branded tactics that are in line with core product messaging, Sobi company positioning and deliver the highest standards of compliance, e.g. Digital marketing, social media, podcasts, webinars and other communications.
- Develop strategic communications and/or training materials for internal and external stakeholders on current projects and tactics, working with medical colleagues to ensure the highest level of scientific credibility in all Sobi external HaemOnc communications.
- Lead and organise the local HaemOnc engagements and involvement in local events, conferences and initiatives, working to support the KAMs.
- Work closely with Patient Access and Medical to support any HTA and Tender submissions
- Measure value, impact, and return on investment of commercial activities and be responsible for the local marketing budget, showing excellent budget management
- Work in tight collaboration to manage and support projects from Headquarters, travelling to Stockholm or elsewhere as needed to ensure alignment.
- Take ownership of customer networking, KOL engagement, KOL involvement in local Brand Plan activities and working in partnership with the Assoc Sales Director and KAM team to manage ongoing key stakeholder relationships within UK&IRE.
- Ongoing training and support for the KAM in collaboration with Sales Management, Medical and the cross-functional team
- Regularly liaise effectively and efficiently with Medical, internal cross-functional team and external agencies to ensure activities are of the highest standard, innovative and compliant with company SOPs as well as the ABPI and IPHA Code of Practice (as applicable)
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the level and responsibilities of the post and as reasonably requested.
- Minimum 3 Years Brand/Marketing experience in UK Pharmaceuticals or similar field
- University Degree level education - medical/ science based highly preferable
- Demonstrable success within current role
- Haematology, HaemOnc or DLBCL experience in a marketing or sales role is highly desirable
- Experience working in an international matrix environment with multicultural colleagues is preferable
- ABPI qualification highly desirable and a deep understanding of the ABPI and IPHA Code of Practice essential
- Must be highly proficient in Veeva PromoMats including ownership of all materials requiring approval and sign off, managing the approval process throughout to completion
- Must be highly proficient in Veeva CLM, Veeva Engage, digital communication platforms, metric generation/outputs, closed loop marketing and CRM
- Knowledge of the local health systems and decision-making processes including funding flows and Oncology / HaemOnc patient pathways
- Recent product launch experience / lead is desirable
- Must have experience and be able to demonstrate complex project coordination
- Experience working in rare, highly scientific disease areas advantageous
- Responsibility and experience in developing and monitoring budgets to agreed targets and working effectively on competitive intelligence
- Ability to assimilate highly scientific data and apply to strategic and tactical plans

- Fluent in English; both verbal and written
