
Regional Support Manager

- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus: 15% SMART objectives bonus (paid every 3 months)

- Provide leadership and direct support to a portfolio of 4-6 care home managers
- Ensure homes maintain high standards of care, compliance, and resident wellbeing
- Develop and engage management teams through coaching and performance reviews
- Drive home occupancy and support recruitment strategies across the region
- Take ownership of regional P&L performance and commercial decision-making
- Act as a bridge between central leadership and individual care homes
- Champion best practices and ensure alignment with regulatory standards (CQC)
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Regional Manager overseeing at least 4 care homes
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and willingness to complete Level 5 or 7
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region (80+ miles/day)
- Based within 60 minutes of NG34 postcode
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal care systems
- 3+ years' experience managing 6+ elderly care homes
- Completed Level 5 or 7 in Leadership/Health & Social Care
- RGN qualification with live PIN
