We deliver audits which are trusted and transparent which can be relied upon by companies and their stakeholders.You’ll be someone who is comfortable working pro-actively and, managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with Senior Managers, Directors, and BDO’s Partners. You’ll help deliver accurate and transparent reporting to all relevant stakeholders as you provide long term value.ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding the inflight and upcoming changes in project business requirements(s)Day to day management of the project(s)Plan and design ‘outcome focused’ projects, monitoring progress against agreed parameters, identifying key risks, resolving issues and initiating timely corrective actionDefine the project's governance framework (including 'hooking' into portfolio / programme governance)Ensuring underlying workstreams are coordinatedResolving risks and issuesMonitoring project(s) budget, monitoring expenditure etc.Liaison with design authority / architecture teams / other IT teams / risk / dependent projects and product teams / suppliersWork closely with the Programme Manager to ensure the best outcomesEnsuring outputs meet requirements within time, quality, cost constraints (and timely escalation of risks if not)Liaise with 3rd parties / drafting workpackages as requiredIdentifying and initiating additional activities wherever gaps existRegular reporting to your sponsor and other governance forumsYou'll be someone withAttention to detail, pragmatic – keep bigger picture in mindThe ability to take ownership and keep stakeholders up to date on progress / task completionA proactive approach to use own initiative to achieve timely successful outcomesResilience and the ability to maintain a positive attitudeThe ability to challenge confidently in a professional mannerConstructively Provide candid feedback and recommendationsExtensive experience of change delivery approaches (e.g. Waterfall, Agile)OKR/Benefits trackingExperience of developing and embedding ‘right-sized’ change delivery and governance (aligned to portfolio and programme governance) to suit the project and stakeholder needsCorporate processes and procedures (e.g. Governance, Finance, HR, minimum standards) and associated language / cultureIdentifying and monitoring and developing appropriate remedial plans for key project performance (KPIs) and risk (KRIs) metrics.Experience of Workday HCM, Workday Finance or MSD CMS an advantageExperience of a professional services environment an advantageYou’ll be able to be yourself; we’ll recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to our business.
