
Controls Engineer (PM Shift)

- Diagnose and assess drives and controls equipment, interpreting technical documents to identify faults.
- Perform repairs and refurbishments following established procedures to ensure equipment reliability.
- Conduct thorough post-repair testing to guarantee quality and functionality.
- Accurately record diagnostics, work carried out, labour, and spares via the company's business operating system.
- Provide on-site support to customers, investigating equipment failures and facilitating workshop repairs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing drives and controls equipment.
- Strong understanding of electronic systems and proficiency with diagnostic tools and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Technical certification such as NVQ Level 3 or HND would be advantageous.
