We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated professional to join our partner SEMH Specialist School in Worksop as a SEMH Teacher. Contract: Full-time, Permanent (Term-time only)
Pay: £27,456 - £43,014

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual students and small groups
  • Prepare teaching resources, maintain registers, and produce progress reports
  • Support learners' development by encouraging independence and building confidence
  • Manage behaviour effectively, using de-escalation strategies and therapeutic approaches
  • Communicate regularly with parents, carers, and external professionals to support learner progress
  • Bring enthusiasm for outdoor education and adventure activities (desirable)
SEMH Teacher Requirements:
  • Brings a committed and passionate approach to working with students with SEMH needs
  • Has a minimum of two years' experience in an SEMH or specialist SEND environment
  • Holds experience in either Primary or Secondary education
  • QTS/QTLS Qualification is desirable
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential, due to rural location)
