🕔 Working Pattern: 5 days onsite📝 About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Huntingdon. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders, managing export documentation, and coordinating with internal departments and external partners to guarantee timely and complete deliveries.🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchase orders and manage the receipt, allocation, and shipping of sales orders.
- Generate accurate export documentation for all international orders.
- Allocate Retail and Foodservice stock to ensure optimal product placement and availability.
- Liaise with planning, stores, transport departments, and third-party cold stores to ensure stock is produced, stored, and delivered on time.
- Organise international transport logistics to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Monitor and action Vendor Inventory Management (VIM).
- Coordinate concessions for short shelf-life products to maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide stock data to support stock build and assured supply plans.
- Participate in customer alignment calls to support stock alignment and maintain assured supply.
- Proactively identify stock shortages and communicate effectively with planners.
- Provide support and cover for other members of the supply chain team as needed.
- Experience with stock control or planning systems (e.g., Materials Requirements Planning).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
- Good level of numeracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, open to change and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
