- Process supplier and customer invoices as part of a team
- Maintain and reconcile multiple bank accounts
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Process purchase ledger invoices and match delivery notes and POs
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Maintain the Sales Ledger Control account
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and credit card statements
- Manage credit control
- Complete VAT returns
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Comfortable working with financial and administrative systems
- Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
