To liaise with all members of the clinical team, patients, and other healthcare professionals to provide an accurate, timely and qualitative process for prescription issues and medication updates for patients registered at Montpelier Centre.The post holder will be expected to deal with queries from patients, local pharmacies, hospital departments, nursing homes and GPs and the Clinical Pharmacist daily.Main duties of the jobLiaise with all members of the practice team, and in particular with the clinical staff to ensure that patients prescription requests are responded to within the agreed timescales.Liaise with the relevant pharmacies where there are queries regarding a patients prescription.Liaise with other members of the medicines management team at times when additional support is needed to deal with medication changes/dossettes/documents to agree workload delegation.
